Working with Nataliya has been an incredibly eye-opening and gentle experience. Through her willingness to dive as deep as I'm comfortable with, we have untangled much of my history, trauma, and self-doubts in order to land in a place of calm, appreciation, and light. It is because of her unending patience, support, and re-directioning that I feel that my brain has become a kind place to exist in.
